Tim Ferriss, the author of The 4-Hour Workweek and The 4-Hour Body (Crown Publishing), sat down with Spartan Up’s Joe De Sena, founder and CEO of Spartan Race, to talk about how important focus and routine is to daily life. With a very specific daily routine (waking up, meditating, exercising, journaling and then setting aside four hours for creative work), Ferriss has been able to build on his success and motivate others to do the same.
