She doesn’t even have a college degree, but she has had an insatiable desire to educate herself and has spent years diligently researching neurochemistry and nearly every aspect of nutrition. She spent four years doing R&D while developing and testing her own company’s products (although if you think that this is all just a way to sell her own products, it’s not … there is no “selling” in this book.)
