Educator turned horror author with a love for everything apocalypse: zombies, viruses, microchips, survival, etc.

About K.W. Beasley

K.W. Beasley is a previous history teacher and lover of everything apocalypse. He is currently working in his second favorite field of construction after doing an eight-year tour in the classroom teaching social studies to high schoolers. Dr. Beasley has four degrees with his latest one being a doctorate in educational leadership. He values education and learning above all else and loves being able to teach something to someone who genuinely wants to learn. He hopes readers will enjoy his series of journals as much as he enjoyed putting them together.

Words to live by:

“You can have thousands of ‘that a boy’ pats on the back and years of accolades, but it only takes one ‘oh shit moment’ to occur and all people tend to remember is the ‘oh shit moment.’”  — Dr. Price & Mrs. Warr

“Whatever you are, try to be a good one.” — William Makepeace Thackeray

Advice for aspiring authors:

Treat writing like you would treat your job sometimes. Block out a little bit of time each day. Whether it is an hour or thirty minutes or whatever. Just set aside time only for writing each day and when that time limit is up stop. You will be amazed how with each day your story grows.
