Children’s author Mark Hughes joined BookTrib from the UK to discuss his enchanting story The Tale of Ferdinand Frog. What began many years ago as a short poem Hughes was writing for his eldest daughter has grown into a whimsical fairy tale in which frogs and other animals take center stage. The author had a lot to say about his experience writing the book and the research he’s done in preparation for his future projects.
