Debut author Tim Darcy Ellis stumbled across the subject of his novel, renaissance humanist Juan Luis Vives, by chance. Twelve years later, Ellis has produced The Secret Diaries of Juan Luis Vives, a work of historical fiction that resurrects this historical figure through imagined personal writings that capture a man who was truly ahead of his time.
