Friendship Made Them Family. Silence Made Them Suspects.

From bestselling author Wendy Walker (Mad Love, American Girl) comes The Room Next Door — a propulsive, twist-driven thriller brought to life by an acclaimed full-cast narration, led by Julia Whelan.

Fifteen years ago, three best friends shared everything. Then one of them disappeared and the silence that followed shaped the rest of their lives. Now, as the past begins to surface, long-buried secrets collide with a present-day investigation that refuses to stay buried.

Performed by multiple narrators whose voices shift perspective, tension and truth, this audiobook immerses listeners in a story where memory is unreliable, loyalty is dangerous, and what’s overheard can be deadlier than what’s seen.

With Wendy Walker’s razor-sharp pacing and a narration that amplifies every secret, lie and fracture, The Room Next Door is a gripping listen that builds relentlessly to a stunning reveal — one that proves some stories are best experienced through sound.

Listener discretion is advised.
