Jacquelyn Mitchard

Jacquelyn Mitchard has written 23 novels for adults and teenagers, and her short fiction is widely anthologized. Her first novel, The Deep End of the Ocean, was the inaugural selection of the Oprah Winfrey Book Club, later a motion picture starring Michelle Pfeiffer. More than 3 million of her books are in print, in 34 languages. A Chicago native, she lives with her family on Cape Cod.
