Holly is a Health & Body Image Coach who is trained in the Transformational Coaching Method. After years of struggling with emotional eating and poor body image, Holly realized that making a change was urgently necessary. She decided to quit the cycle of dieting, over-exercising, comparison and shame. She instead began to embrace having a healthy, nourishing relationship to her body and food. Holly now uses her personal experience to help others heal their own relationships to their bodies and food so that they too can have peace, clarity and fulfillment.
