Deborah Levison's life has two parts: the first in Canada, where she attended the Royal Conservatory of Music and the University of Toronto, and the second in the United States, where she's lived for 20 years. She's an award-winning writer, published in national and international media. Her first book, a true crime story with echoes of the Holocaust, is The Crate: A Story of War, a Murder, and Justice, which was just named a Finalist by the 2018 International Book Awards.
