Anderson Harp, author of the Will Parker thriller series, is a veteran of the US Marine Corps who was stationed all around the globe, which makes him uniquely qualified to write military thrillers. When writing, Anderson says, “I try to wrap a good fiction story around the center pole of the true, factual world.” The most recent Will Parker adventure, November 400CP Is Missing, “is really wrapped around one of the most interesting poles I’ve seen in my research and my writing … Indonesia and Sumatra.”
Dennis Hetzel, author of Season of Lies and Killing the Curse, sat down with Harp to discuss Will Parker’s latest excursion. The authors dove into the intriguing facts at the center of Harp’s fiction, the evolution of polyglot hero Will Parker over the course of six thrillers, and what’s next on the horizon for Harp.
