Death is the inevitable conclusion of life. Short or long, we are never promised tomorrow. The question is, “Did we do our best to make the most of our time in this life?”

We must face the danger of lingering too long in any of the stages of grief: shock, denial, and anger before reaching acceptance. But acceptance is not forgetting. No one is truly lost unless we allow them to be forgotten.

Keeping their legacy alive is our duty. It’s a quiet, selfless act of love for those who passed away before us. Acceptance of their passing is just a new phase, not an erasure of all the memories that we have of our loved ones.
