Biggest literary influencers:

Greer Hendricks, Liv Constantine, Megan Miranda, Gillian Flynn, Peter Swanson

Last book read:

City of Girls by Elizabeth Gilbert

The book that changed your life:

The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah. I read it by accident… someone recommended The Goldfinch and just bought the first “bird” related book I saw on Amazon. It isn’t typically the type of book I read but it was so breathtakingly written and drew me in in a way I hadn’t felt in a long time. I cried reading it and I am not a crier.

Currently working on:

A mix of “The Bachelor” meets And Then There Were None.

Words to live by:

“Si Fottano”, it is tattooed on my hand as a reminder… it is Italian… Google it.

Advice to new and aspiring authors:

Don’t get wrapped up in the process of trying to do it the old fashioned way. Publishing is changing and with it the way authors are going about it. Listen to people but pave your own path.
