Frank Morris was born in the desperation of a tenement in New York City’s Little Italy. He is orphaned and adopted by the boss of a powerful NY crime family.

As a veteran of the Korean war, inmate of Alcatraz penitentiary, and phantom hitman, Frank’s altruistic and selfless true nature is revealed as he battles to escape the darkness of his unyielding destiny.

Will loyalty to his mob family force him to kill the only son of the man who died saving his life in Korea?

For Frank, Don of the Cabineri Family, it's a life-changing decision.

REVIEWS:

Unyielding Destiny is a fascinating novel in which a mobster’s story intersects with that of a district attorney’s, leading to questions about what it means to be a person of honor. –Katerie Prior Clarion Reviews

Takeaway: A swift, thoughtful thriller for readers of mob stories and light philosophy. Great for fans of: Leonardo Sciascia, Tod Goldberg’s Gangsterland.
–BookLife Review

This is one of the best books I have read over the last few years. I really warmed to Frank, although a part of the mafia, he seems different to your typical gangster. Anyway once the story picked up, I found myself checking how much was left as I did not want it to end. Something which I don’t ever remember doing before. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone.
