Based on a true crime government conspiracy—a chance encounter while on a camping trip to the remote Northern Michigan wilderness by a group of teenagers becomes a deadly and suspenseful race for survival when Lynn is abducted with the help of a charismatic boy, plunging Jeremy Hodak, his younger twin brothers, and their friends into the terrifying world of human trafficking where they discover the courageous hero that lies within each one of them.

In a bold rescue attempt, the fearful group of teens is caught and held captive at a covert underground missile silo by the Colonel, a powerful and dangerous man intent on controlling the world's human trafficking Network. ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Jeffery Boyd, sun-loving beach boy & wine enthusiast, was born in Homestead, Florida. His original goal was to be a filmmaker. Before entering the 10th grade, he purchased his first super 8 movie camera. Rather than point and shoot randomly, he began to tell ‘stories’ through his home movies, often giving his parents and other family members ‘direction’, even mastering the skill of creating special effects. After growing up in Traverse City, northern Michigan— "picturesque, with a lotta cool hiking trails, dunes and lakes"— the inspiration for his books, he headed to Miami, Florida. He eventually made his way farther south down U.S. 1 to Islamorada in the tropical Florida Keys after his car broke down on a weekend getaway and decided this is where he wanted to live. Today Boyd divides his time between Lake Ann, Michigan and the Keys, with his partner, living the island life as a jet ski tour guide and pursuing his passion for writing his Wolf’s Head Bay action/adventure thrillers.
