“Shōgun” Leads the Emmy Nominations

FX’s adaptation of James Clavell’s historical drama, Shōgun, is making history this year as it dominated the 2024 Emmy announcements with 25 nominations. The nominations include best drama, best dramatic actor/actress, supporting actor and guest actor, as well as a slew of technical categories including costume design, production design, stunt performance and sound editing. Emmy Award-winning Moira Walley-Beckett — Anne With an E creator and Breaking Bad writer — has signed on to join Amazon’s upcoming adaptation of Rebecca Yarros’ bestselling romantasy, Fourth Wing.
