In celebration of National Pack Your Lunch Day (March 10) some of the gang at BookTrib headquarters decided to pick favorite recipes from Cassie Johnston’s amazing compilation of 40+ delicious superfoods, Chia, Quinoa, Kale, Oh My! (Countryman Press, 2015) and bring them into work for our first official BookTrib Lunch Club. The author is also known for her amazing blog, Back to Her Roots, where she shares healthy eating tips and recipes, as well as gardening and crafting advice. This new recipe book includes 100 simple recipes using avocados, blueberries, salmon, ginger, farro and more that will make healthy eating a pleasure.
