KATHRYN BUDIG is an international yoga teacher, food blogger, and public speaker who shares her zest for life as the Women’s Health Magazine yoga expert along with her contributor writings for The Huffington Post, Yoga Journal, Yahoo! Health, Gaiam, The Daily Love, and MindBodyGreen. She’s been seen on the covers of Yoga Journal, Yoga International, Om Yoga, Origin, and many others. Budig has been featured on E!Entertainment, The Food Network, Forbes Women, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. She served as the brand representative for ToeSox for 5 years and is currently sponsored by Under Armour Women. She authored Rodale’s The Women’s Health Big Book of Yoga, and will release her second book entitled, Aim True, March 29th, 2016.
