Olympian Meb Keflezighi is the author of Meb For Mortals, as well as the only person to win the Boston and New York marathons and medal in the Olympics. Keflezighi sat down with Spartan Up’s Joe De Sena, founder and CEO of Spartan Race, to talk about how his father found a way out of war-torn Eritrea to Italy and then moved the entire family to the U.S., what led him to run marathons and how goals can motivate you to accomplish anything.
