Fitness-crazed athletes stop the world for Google’s Project Loon

Your help is needed! Google’s Project Loon (a research and development project to ensure global Internet connectivity by devising a coverage grid comprised of LTE- and WiFi-equipped high-altitude balloons released into the sky) cannot launch unless the entire world comes to a complete standstill for a fraction of a second. Talk about a tall order. To solve this problem, Google enlisted the help of Joe De Sena, and his global community of super-strong Spartans, to perform a worldwide, synchronized Burpee (what was once called a squat-thrust) in order to jolt the Earth to a halt, allowing Google’s Loon balloons to rise in succession.

Watch them attempt to defy (or better yet halt) gravity…
