The Last Savanna

As ivory poachers are gunning down Africa’s last elephants, former SAS officer Ian MacAdam leads a commando squad against them. He pursues the poachers through jungled mountains and searing deserts, only to find they have kidnapped a young archaeologist, Rebecca Hecht, whom he once loved and bitterly lost.

He embarks on a desperate trek to save not only Rebecca but his own soul in an Africa torn apart by wars, overpopulation and the slaughter of its last wildlife. is a hub for booklovers and dedicated to on-the-rise authors that readers may not have heard of. 1. When I read about this author and his book a few weeks ago, I was determined to read his book as soon as it comes out. If there are ARC’s I would love to be included in the giveaway as this subject matter is of much interest with me and our entire family actually. Our grandchildren have asked for our daughter and son I law to take them on a safari next year or the year after and so it is being considered.

With their ages now, our grandchildren are like sponges and absorb so much reading material and remember most of it, which we are so thrilled about. We are all a family of readers and luckily it has worn off on the children which we feel is such a great reward. When asked what they would like for a birthday, or other special day, they say, a gift card to Barnes and Nobel or a gift card to Amazon so they can order or purchase more books in person at B & N. What could be better.

The Last Savannah is just the book for our family reading and one way or another, we will be getting it into our home as soon as we can.

    Thank you.

  2. Enjoyed the live chat very much and enjoyed receiving the survival kit today! Thanks so much for getting it here so quick! I’ll take my hand warmers, emergency blanket and copy of The Last Savanna out for an adventure with my squirrels and red birds soon!

    Thanks Tim
