How do I change my name for my mailing address information?
After you are logged in:
- Click on “Profile” which will be located under your avatar image.
- Click on ‘Edit’ – which is located under the word ‘Profile” that you clicked in step 1.
- Locate the Full Name box and place your mailing name there. Many people placed there user name there which seems to trip up the mailing system with the publishers.
- Click: Save changes at the bottom of the screen. Your name and mailing address are provided to the publisher only when mailing you a book – all other info is fully protected by the system. We do not share or sell email information.
