Shadow of the Wind, I have waited far too long but better to have read it now than not to have read it at all.

The Auschwitz Volunteer: Beyond Bravery. Exceptional account of Auschwitz before it truly became known as a concentration camp. Actually it was always seedy den of heartless murder but first it neede to be built up and so the tale of it’s sordid history is told.

Currently reading The Darlings, one of those books where I feel out of the loop as I personally don’t understand much about hedge funds, Ponzi schemes, insider trading and the rest of the Financial world hoopla. Still it is quite readable and the story moves swiftly forward.
