i just finished reading John Faris book Phantom Nights. Wow! it was so good. I highly reommend it, especially if you like a mystery with a paranormal twist to it. I plan to read more of him. View

I’ve been away awhile. But my book of the year award would go to Heather Gudenkauf for her new book One Breath Away. It was awesome. Read it if you haven’t yet. Also, I finished Love is Murder a compilation of short mysteries that I won here. It was a great book! It has some of my favorite authors in in such as Heather Graham. Check it out.

One of my favorite books of all time is The Other Daughter by Lisa Gardner. If you haven’t read it, it’s an excellent suspense/ mystery. It kept me guessing up to the end. Check it out, you’ll enjoy it.

I love Anne Rice! I heard (well saw) that she has a new book coming out, but I don’t know the title of it. You may want to check it out. Lestat is my favorite character too though I like Louis also.

Has anybody besides me read Kate Moss’ Labyrinth? It ’s a really a good book about history and time travel in an unusual way. I wonder if she has written anything else in that genre lately? Angel

Hi, I’m still reading the Outlander series though I confess I’m only on the 2nd book. For anyone who has read all of them, what do you think of them? Are they all as good as the first one was? So far i love them!

HI I’m now reading Harvesting the Heart by Jodi Picoult. It’s really good, next I plan to read Dragonfly in Amber by Diana Gabaldon and continue that series which is a fantastic series by the way! What are you reading now? Angel

I’m still reading Love is Murder with Sandra Brown as editor. Wow! Is it good! I love it. My favorite story so far in it is ”Poisoned” which begins with ”I’ve beeb poisoned.” What a great opening line it definitely draws readers in. If you’ve not read it I recommend that you do.

I just got Love is Murder that I won here! It’s a collection of several authors short story mysteries. I’m really looking forward to reading it.

I’m so excited to have chance to chat with Heather Gudenkauf! I’ve read several of her books, and I think she’s a great writer. i would compare her in some ways to Jodi Picoult who is another fave author of mine. If you’ve not read her books, I would suggest that you do, and then be ready to chat with her on July 26th.

Hi Passion! So between the two books, which one did you like best. Has anyone read Heather Gudenkauf’s books? She’s also a favorite author of mine, but I’ve not read her newest book. But A Year of Fog was awesome. If you have not read it, you should. Angel

Hi Passion! I’m glad we’re friends now. Definitely one of my favorite novels to be made into a movie would be Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. I heard they were supposed to be making it into a movie, but I don’t know what happened, it hasn’t come out yet. But wow, what an awesome movie it would make. What would you choose.

Hi Boookdude! I haven’t read any of his either. Have you read any of Tess Gerritesen’s msyteries? I really like her. Another favorite of mine well two really are, Haunted and Hurricane Bay by Heather Graham. But I also recommend Heather Gudenkauf’s These Things Hidden- a different kind of mystery. Let us know how that book you’re reading is. Angel

I’ve not read any books of Slaughter, but I have read a lot of Graham. But I haven’t read that one. Is it good? Have you read Graham’s The Presence? That is one of my favorite books.

@heathergudenkauf I saw that Heather has a new book out. Has anyone read it yet? I loved her first two especially These Things Hidden- wow what a great book!
