Sylvia Plath paints such an honest picture of how growing up in 1950s America is far from just sock-hops and tv dinners. Such a strong narrative.

I love Virginia Woolf. I know she\'s dark, I know she\'s depressing, but can you imagine having the ability to write so fluidly, poetically, and just downright beautifully? I would kill to write like her. Especially in The Death of the Moth or To the Lighthouse. I didn\'t particularly enjoy Three Guineas but you can\'t win them all I guess. I understand the classic women authors obsession (E.Bronte\'s Wuthering Heights? Oh my goodness!) but can someone explain what the obsession is with J.K Rowling and Stephanie Meyer? Enough already!
