Contest/Sweepstakes/Giveaway Rules

Eligibility

BookTrib contest, sweepstakes and giveaways are available to registered users and other individual who are legal residence of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia or Canada and are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

You must enter during the contest, sweepstakes or giveaway to be eligible for the drawing. Limit one entry per day per user. BookTrib, or a sponsor of a BookTrib contest, sweepstake or giveaway, is not responsible for (a) lost, misdirected, late, incomplete, or unintelligible entries or for inaccurate entry information, whether caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries; or (b) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Incomplete, mechanically reproduced, or automated entries are not permitted and will be deemed void.

Non-registered user of BookTrib may enter any contest, sweepstakes or giveaway by the emailing booktrib@booktrib.com the following:

• First and Last Name
• The title of the book you would like to enter to win or the information need to meet the requirements of a particular contest.
• Complete Mailing Address

Any non-registered user of BookTrib entering a contest by email will be subject to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and Contest, Sweepstake and Giveaway Rules of BookTrib.

How to Win:

BookTrib sweepstake and giveaway winners will be randomly selected by a computerize program.  Randomly selected winners will be notified via email. Prizes will be mailed to the mailing address reflected in the winners account profile or provided by the email entry of non-registered users within 10 days, unless otherwise notified.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.

Winners’ User Names will be listed in the weekly newsletter.

BookTrib contest winners will be selected by the BookTrib staff and at times authors related to the contest. Contest winners will be notified via email. Prizes will be mailed to the mailing address reflected in the winners account profile or provided by the email entry of non-registered users within 10 days, unless otherwise notified.

Miscellaneous. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States.
