BROKEN HARBOR opens with veteran detective Mick “Scorcher” Kennedy (whom we met in Faithful Place) and his newly assigned rookie partner, Richie Curran, being called to a quadruple homicide of the Spain family in Brianstown, a seaside town 40 minutes outside of Dublin.
